Vermont Endodontics was great! They did a root canal for me and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff made me feel at ease, and was very professional. I would recommend them very much.
For two months I had been suffering from tooth pain after a neck surgery in May. Two different dentists said it was a sinus infection and didn’t want to help me. I went online and found Vermont Endodontists and they got me in within a few days. Other specialists couldn’t get me in for over a month for an appointment, and I knew I couldn’t wait that long because of the pain and possible infection brewing. this practice is discriminatory to single parents. they outright refused dental care and then further refused to reschedule in the future. this is ansolutely discriminatory to refuse to reschedule for the future.
I went for a consultation and they seemed very cold. The doctor was very knowledgeable. However, my dentist needed to talk to the doctor but she never returned his calls. He called many times and never got a call back - so I decided to go to another place for my root canal.
They charged me, and I paid, at the time of the appointment. Months later they charged me for extra things and never even included my payment amount. They refused to work with me about it. I was only there for a consultation! Be aware of your costs and get receipts from THEM.
