I've been going to Dr. Caulkins for about 2 weeks with a very painful back problem. She has helped me immensely. She has a very pleasant personality and demonstrates a high degree of caring for her patients' welfare. (I suggest ignoring the review by Winifred; she sounds like a challenge to satisfy.)
I had two appointments with Dr. Caulkins in 2016, and I am still upset about the experience. First appointment, she introduces herself as Dr. Caulkins, and asks by which version of my first name I prefer to be addressed. I replied that if she was going to be Dr. Caulkins, then I was going to be Mr. X. Otherwise, first appointment was uneventful. Second appointment was scheduled for late afternoon about a week later.
