The owner of this company told me that they no longer wanted my business because I was "too much work". Mind you I had to cancel one pick up, paid an extra month of rent for the miss (which I was ok with), and was a half hour late finally picking up my boat. My recommendation is to go somewhere that is run more like a real business and not a husband and wife trying to make a few bucks with little to no work involved.
