This is now called Red Oak Apartments. I am about to move out and am so happy about that fact. They remodeled the apartments but they didn't really finish what they started. They painted the kitchen and bathroom only. They re-did the floors but they are already creaking and have little holes. My neighbor's apartment has holes from when the brought in the new stove and haven't fixed it.
