Always super nice, definitely actually care about our "pets", actually family members. When my corgi gave birth, she had trouble with the last pup, they had me bring her in and stayed late, just to make sure everything was good. Then called the next day to check on them. they all go there to this day, and will for life. Just great people who care.

I took my cat there recently, was given exceptional care, the cat is all healed,thanks to Dr, Janet.couldnt be more comfortable with these vets. Vermilion is lucky to have them.
My puppy is extremely timid and gets very anxious around people. A behavior we are working on fixing. Both docs and their amazing staff are so compassionate and understanding of his fears. They go out of there way to take the time and patience needed to treat him. I am thankful for the care my boy gets there. Every time we go!
