You call for parts and they purposely put you on hold for 20+ min to avoid talking to customers I assume.
Once again dealing with this location was a nightmare they try to charge you as much as possible for parts and service and then they take forever to do a job so yourself a favor ,go to Asco especially if you own a business ,the ai bot will apologize for your experience with your bad review but nothing changes
Not sure why the reviews are low, I bought a SPX25 and my sales guy Justin has been great, twice he has came out to assist in training and even jumped in with the shovel to dig a trench for the boring.
