Not sure why the reviews are low, I bought a SPX25 and my sales guy Justin has been great, twice he has came out to assist in training and even jumped in with the shovel to dig a trench for the boring.

When they actually answer the phone in service they are fairly helpful but to get parts or service they have limited locations in houston
Watched one of there drivers and trucks this morning doing 110 mph north on 249. Cutting off 4 different veichles and causing them to slam on their brakes. Who ever was driving truck with the plates TTD-1956 is going to get someone killed. If that's how they take safety on the road, I would hate to see what they do on the job sites
