After spending $4k on maintenance service and over one week in service this is how Vermeer release the equipment to me, Looks like this machine was abandoned they even left wet/oily whipe towel on the seat, be the judge of this!
Is freaking love this place!!! They always have what i need for my stump grinder!!! Even tho its a old out dated 252 they still have what i need!! One day ill be able to walk in and full fill my 1 and only biggest dream and walk out with a new stump grinder!!!! Until then ill keep going here to get parts for my oldie 🤪 James's and Nikki's Tree Service LLC highly recommends this place !!!
Great customer service, especially Ian best tech I’ve ever met in any field has helped me a lot with my Vermeer directional drills and saved me from a lot of down time.
They were extremely helpful, needed screws for a set of spikes and they were able to find the part number and get the product ordered for me within a few mins everyone in the store were super nice. I was super anxious about even going in the store but I'm glad I got over it n went inside because it was not horrible like I had imagined far from it, thank you guys so much for making my trip into the store enjoyable 3/11/25 Once again the staff at Vermeer we're extremely nice and helpful and made my trip fast and easy Thanks fo... read more
