Very helpful crew in the parts department! Easy to work with and got me the information I needed in a timely manner! Look forward to working with Mountain West in Marysville again!
I’d say they have earned a five star review They have come through on every repair timely They made him a couple mistakes. They weren’t evident until months later, and I cannot find them receipt, but they honored their work. I’m not a huge fan of Vermeer products, but I will say these guys Customer Customer service is The best
Good people very helpful.
My SC70 stopped working in the middle of a large backyard project, so I had my wife contact Calvin. The next day he was at the property along with Jacob and a 4x4 forklift which was able to lift and load my machine onto a trailer. They were also able to bring out another machine so we could finish the job on time. Would give an extra star if I could as these guys went way past the extra mile in their customer service.
