Over all the office staff is so rude. But Dr Verma always been nice to my son who special needs. She just a little quiet and I think some people take that as being rude. But she just profesional sweet Dr .
Dr. Verma and her staff are amazing!! They are friendly and efficient. Dr. Verma listened to our concerns and I felt like she truly cared. I would recommend her to anyone!!! She helped us tremendously!!!
The staff is rude! These girls need a lesson on customer service. I was sent away not once but, twice when trying to order glasses for my 2 year old daughter. The 2nd time I had called first and they told me to show up after 2pm. When I arrived they informed me they were closing early. And had the audacity to tell me to call first next time! I live an hour away and they could care less they wasted my time. Be prepared to get treated like an inconvenience by this staff.
We highly recommend Dr. Monica Verma for all your kids eyecare needs. As a pediatric ophthalmologist and surgeon, she truly excels in her field. When we visited her clinic, it was clear that she genuinely cares for her young patients. Dr. Verma takes the time to make sure each child receives a thorough examination and accurate diagnosis.
