Front desk staff leaves A LOT to be desired. Their customer service isn’t ideal. Dr. Verma, however, is very kind and thorough. Appointments do take FOREVER, though, so if you’re looking for efficiency, look elsewhere. You will spend a solid hour and a half for each appts
Over all the office staff is so rude. But Dr Verma always been nice to my son who special needs. She just a little quiet and I think some people take that as being rude. But she just profesional sweet Dr .
