Poor communication. I’ve e-mailed many times and have called to leave 3 messages with no one calling or e-mailing back. On the 3rd time the receptionist was rude and couldn’t be bothered with explaining or helping me. Just told me the same thing as last time “I’ll take your information and someone will get back with you”.
