Referred a friend for an engagement ring and it went very well. Beautiful collection and the owners put a lot of care into their business.
Poor communication. I’ve e-mailed many times and have called to leave 3 messages with no one calling or e-mailing back. On the 3rd time the receptionist was rude and couldn’t be bothered with explaining or helping me. Just told me the same thing as last time “I’ll take your information and someone will get back with you”. Googled "estate jewelry" and Verma popped up early, so we traipsed across town only to be curtly told through a locked door that they are "by appointment only." Perhaps Verma could so state on their website? So much for customer service.
Fantastic company to work with! They are very well established and have an impressive collection of fine & estate jewelry.
