Googled "estate jewelry" and Verma popped up early, so we traipsed across town only to be curtly told through a locked door that they are "by appointment only." Perhaps Verma could so state on their website? So much for customer service.
Fantastic company to work with! They are very well established and have an impressive collection of fine & estate jewelry.
I always enjoy very smooth and easy transactions working with Verma. The prices are always very fair and payment is immediate. I've found them to be extremely honest and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Terrible customer service that ignores potential new customers. I messaged them to ask if they offer a promo code to first-time customers, and they said yes. They asked which piece I was interested in, so I sent them the link to a pair of antique diamond earrings on their site. But they never responded. I messaged back to ask about the code again and they read my message, but never responded. I guess they don’t need the business.
