Everything about this experience from.the 1st day was horrible! was only supposed to wait 2 days for my phone which turned to 4 days. Account was set up so that my line didn't bill at the same time as the 1st line so my line was billed for 1.5 months all at once. The bill was due the exact day we started service because they didn't tell us Verizon charges a month in advanced. Told us 194 was due the exact day activated for one line..
