These people are the absolute worst. They had a holiday deal where you purchased a phone and got an iPad and iWatch. My husband and I purchased TWO phones. I had to continuously call for the watch, so far for 3 months. After speaking to multiple customer service representatives, we finally received the watch, and they wanted to charge us for it! My daughter and I had such an incredible experience with this Verizon store in Tampa. All the staff was amazing, but I wanted to give Imbraham a special recognition because he was so patient and kind. He was amazing. Carlos also helped to make my change from T-Mobile to Verizon as easy as possible.
