I had a very good experience in this store today. A good friend of mine who has some cognative issues purchased a phone and got an additional line that he didn't really need a few days ago. I brought him to the store to help try to rectify the situation. The manager was very helpful and did all he could to resolve the situation. He did really go above and beyond. I went into the store to inquire about phones, tablets and etc..On commercial Way. The guy Rick was amazing. I'm talking about as you enter the store the pleasant greeting was everything. He explained deals, viewed different phones and plans with best options etc. He was just that guy and I appreciated his time and expertise on what I needed to know.
