If I could leave zero stars, I would. Horrible experience at the Metro by T-Mobile store on Kennedy. I walked in and there were three employees in the store with no customers, yet no one greeted us or acknowledged our presence. When I approached an employee for assistance, she walked away and didn’t come back to help us for another 2–3 minutes. I had a very good experience in this store today. A good friend of mine who has some cognative issues purchased a phone and got an additional line that he didn't really need a few days ago. I brought him to the store to help try to rectify the situation. The manager was very helpful and did all he could to resolve the situation. He did really go above and beyond. I was expecting him to give us a problem and he did just the opposite once he explained what we could do the fix things. I would definitely recommend this store for... read more
I went into the store to inquire about phones, tablets and etc..On commercial Way. The guy Rick was amazing. I'm talking about as you enter the store the pleasant greeting was everything. He explained deals, viewed different phones and plans with best options etc. He was just that guy and I appreciated his time and expertise on what I needed to know.
