I just called now to ask assistance for my new device and the lady who answered the phone started talking 5000 words per minute without really waiting what I need. It really shows not caring what the customer needs and 'just doing' her job without care. What a terribel customer service!!!
This is the worst place I ever have gone. The employees arevrude, ignorant and don't want to help you. The wait is ridiculous for getting help with your phone. Each and every time I go to this store the wait is at least 45 minutes. MY ADVICE Is DONT GO THIS VERIZON STORE EVERYTHINH. IT IS A DISGRACE. THE FEMALE ASSISTANT MANAGER IS RUDE. I TELL ANY ONE DO T GO HERE. IT IS THE WORST. GO TO THE WILL GROVE VERIZON WIRELESS. IT IS BETTE.THE PEOPLE AT ABINGTON VERIZON WIRELESS DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS.

I Like this store. Every one is so helpful< especially Ben And the store Mgr. I forget his name sorry. My dislike is the verizon run around . I just want to call and talk or see if Ben is in, so I can have him help me with my new phone... Excellent service at this store... But just trying to talk to someone at this store thru the verizon automated runaround is why I miss the old Altell... Take that verizon automated B/S staff
