would not recommend this location. they are more consumed with their own phones than customer service. attitudes by employees from within.. 1 customer screening at a young man. the Manager is worthless. luckily the phone customer service is great. will never walk into this place again. did I mention the employees like to give THREATENING looks. he didn't see I noticed his hand balled up. to bad he didn't try anything it would have been a pleasure tossing the 3 punks around
After 6 hours spent in total at a VERIZON store over the course of SEVEN DAYS this week we (me, Michael Lovallo, and Carol DeVico Lovallo) FINALLY got set up with our new iPhone 13’s today! don't purchase tablets from Verizon .... FEDEX NEVER ACTUALLY GIVES THEM TO YOU
So. I am having serious trouble with my phones and bill. I have contacted 611 customer service multiple times and have been told the many issues I am experiencing have been corrected. They have NOT. Poor customer service at this store. Went on Sunday and bought $140.00 package for my new iPhone which included glass screen protector, clear cover and charger for home and car. On Monday I noticed the screen protector was coming up on one side. Went back to store on Tuesday and the manager said I had to go to the mall and get replacement at the Kiosk, which charged me $10.00. I will shop on-line and never go to that place again, they suck! Manager is terrible! Should have never chosen Verizon!
I am having continuing support problems with Verizon. The site will not accept my zip code so I can't get past login, can't get to anyone to ask a question (their chat machine will only accept "general" questions and only refers you to pages you have already seen with no result). I don't want to go to a damn store. Why can't you fix this, Verizon?
