Ryan. The name is Ryan. Very disrespectful and rude to deal with. For someone who’s worked 9 years he has no customer service nor does he know what he’s actually doing. I would suggest any other location before stopping here and having someone yell at you to go to another store simply because he couldn’t figure out how to get a line up and running. Raquel was so helpful in setting up a new phone for my younger brother. The process was extremely seamless and she ensured we got the best options available.
