Went to the Northlake store and got what I needed quickly, after walking out on one of this store's rep. It was there we discovered he got in his feelings and change my name in my account to something i guess im supposed to be hurt by....like it wouldn't lead back him. Its no wonder why I walked out on that clown.

Had a great experience at the Verizon store! Haleigh was extremely helpful, patient, and genuinely took the time to understand our issue. She listened attentively, explained the solution clearly, and made the whole process smooth. The rest of the staff were also friendly and professional.
