Very Friendly and Helpful. I had to purchase a new Phone this past Thursday. My Samsung was having some issues. One of Verizon's associates was straight forward and honest with us. He explained to us the difference between the Samsung and Motorola. He also threw in the Special they had going with Motorola. I was Sold Immediately on the Motorola Droid Turbo. small Town Stores do make a difference. They take the time with you.
