Went in to ask for help with my prepaid Verizon phone. And instead of explaining politely that they can’t help us. One of the ladies told us to “go back to Walmart and tell them to stop sending people over”. Very unprofessional.
Absolutely wonderful customer service! Stacie, Tyler, and McKennley all helped me get the best deal and my money’s worth. As a small business owner myself, my whole life is on my phone and I know exactly how I want to be treated as a customer and I got exactly what I wanted and needed. This is my second time doing business with them and will be back in the future!
Too bad you can't give a zero. The store manager is the rudest person in customer service I or my wife have ever encountered. My wife's brand new i-phone cover was improperly installed by an employee at the store, creating a large bubble on the front. Instead of nicely replacing it, the manager threw a new cover at my wife and told her to put it on herself. Dont follow these reviews! I was the manager and district manager for this location and I've brought a family and friendly environment to this location. Not only did I attend the edinburg chamber meetings and help this store grow. Most of you know me by name and it's sad that I have to recommend you to a corporate location. Very unprofessional. They sold me a phone when I wasn’t Eligible for an upgrade. I was unaware of this until Speaking customer support and that my account would be charged for both phones. When trying to return the new phone within my 14 days I was informed that only the manager can do returns and has been off for the past two days I’ve tried to return it. When I spoke with the manger on the phone she was very unprofessional and stated that I can “take my phones and go f*** myself” I have never experienced such poor customer... read more
Went in to switch to Verizon. Opened account and everything before them telling me my phone was not going to work with their plan after all. Caused me to loose my phone number I've had for years.
