Now, I've had Verizon for ever & it's this store, I have issues with. The person who was "helping" us was such a loud talker (yeller) that I had a 2 hour headache, after I left. Ask to lower their voice & gave the nastiest dagger stare. Needed the or would have left, told they would help us & everything we ask was no, you need to figure it out yourself, plus we don't do that. Basically take it or leave it & wanting extra funds for everything. Worth the drive to a Verizon dealer & skip this satellite store.
The staff that waited on me was fantastic! Friendly and knowledgeable. This will definitely be my go to phone store.

It was fast and excellent service lady was nice and helped out with my pay and trade in so I could get a new phone don't remember her name but she wore glasses
Harleigh provided us with a great experience provide all information and was very helpful with getting us started with Verizon love her attitude
