Busy store, one employee, no restroom, and phones run around $1000. My granddaughter (2 years old) wet herself during their visit due to the employee saying they didn’t have a restroom. This is ridiculous and disrespectful to customers especially when we have been with Verizon for over 25 years!😡
So i cancled my entire services with Verizon which is an Iphone, Mifi, and Ipad. Come to find out 2 months later when i finally turned my ipad on it had a full service with an entire new phone number that i never set up or gave them permission to. They cannot explain how it even happened but were charging me for 2 months for a plan i never made with them. Now, I've had Verizon for ever & it's this store, I have issues with. The person who was "helping" us was such a loud talker (yeller) that I had a 2 hour headache, after I left. Ask to lower their voice & gave the nastiest dagger stare. Needed the or would have left, told they would help us & everything we ask was no, you need to figure it out yourself, plus we don't do that. Basically take it or leave it & wanting extra funds for everything. Worth the drive to a Verizon dealer & skip this satellite store.
