So we just purchased a home in a dead zone for Verizon Service. We called and had this looked into. Our neighbor has a signal enhancer and received it at no cost. So now Verizon is saying instead of sending us a network extender for free, our only choice is to pay extra money to be able to use Verizon Service or switch to AT&T. It is more out of principal that I am unwilling to pay $250 to receive an extender to be able to use Verizon. As a business owner myself I find this is very very poor customer service.
Not very honorable! Selling me a rate plan that is only good for 1 year on a 2 year contract is not cool. Then you tell me to come back in a year and the manager "should" renew it for me?!? Are you kidding me? What about just honoring what was promised? Secondly, you offered me a credit of $50 for coming back to Verizon. Guess what? It's still not on my bill! This is the 2nd time I have been in here to address my credit and still no answers. I am seriously thinking about canceling this whole thing.
