The Verizon employee, Ricky, was very professional. He helped us save on the plan by recommending options in how we can save more. We left the store very happy.
Manager thinks she is a know it all. Sales took a payment from me for an upgrade fee. Sales associates sad she pulled the card out of their machine early and the transaction was voided. Well I checked my account while in the store and the money was gone. I told the sales associate and showed her my phone. She spoke with the manager who said the money would be refund between 1 to 3 days. Well that was on July 4 and as still haven't been refunded my funds. A few minutes turned into over an hour... not a good sign when your service rep has to redo your order 4 times.
I wish I could give this store no stars. Ive never even written a review on fb but I think it is very necessary on this occasion. The customer service I received at this store was literally the worst ive ever experienced!!! We are new customers and purchased over the phone and just went into the store to pick up our phones and the moment we walked into the store we were treated HORRIBLY by a guy named Emmanuel! Angel @ Stockton Verizon store was NO help NO ONE had answers to help out. Horrible,poor service, rude. I have been a customer for 15yrs. After this last awful experience my advise would be switch carriers this is the last straw for me.
Poor service and when we told the manager he said "No it's not an inconvenience for you to go home back up all your daughters info on her Apple iCloud and then come back and spend $1000 on a phone"� we went to the independently owned non-corporate store on Trinity Parkway! Albert was wonderful there and didn't give us any bull about we can't transfer everything! Corporate store also said we don't have wifi. Wth you're a wireless provider and your store doesn't have wifi???? Really???
Verizon attempted to assign me data usage, and the cooresponding charge. 45 bucks in 45 minutes, while the phone was with me, and not in use. I'd love to change this rating to 5 stars tomorrow when they reverse the fraud. We'll see...
I have been with Verizon for many years now. Justine Macanas has been the BEST representative we have had! She just recently signed up our business with an amazing plan!! Thank you Justine, our office is so very happy to have a phone and data!!
