Great service....fixed my phone issue and took time for a little teaching session...
Horrible customer service. Called twice and spoke to two different reps. Both said same thing, deal applies to my account. When I came into store, was given a bunch of crap on how this deal did not apply to my account, and then it did apply but the deal was over. In person rep was not helpful but instead condescending. Advertisements are misleading. Manager/supervisor did not even try to help the situation. Everyone just stood around and watched. Reps should get facts straight before giving out false info.
