Went in to upgrade to the iPhone X, no pressure from Carmen, great customer service.
I have never had an issue when I've used this store. Everyone there has bent over backwards to be accommodating. Even if they were unable to help with the situation. This is unlike the Whittier store on Lambert & Washinton. So I make the little extra trip to LaHabra. If you are looking for a friendly store. Go the distance to visit this one !!!
This is definitely my favorite Verizon store. There are plenty of good people working here and I've come to know them very well.
Went into Verizon to upgrade my husbands phone, decided to upgrade mine as well. He went from a droid turbo to a edge 7, and me from a iPhone 6 to a iPhone 7. We got new cases and tempered glass for our phones, Nicole (who is an excellent employee) helped us as soon as we got it helping us narrow down the type of phones we wanted down to the color and storage space. She upgraded our plan and hooked us up with a great promotion and a tablet for my daughter and we are still paying less than what we were before and we have more... read more
