Staff is very under educated and trained on their upgrade programs and how they work. Contradict each other within a 15 minute phone conversation and act as though they do not have time for you. Very rude management, spoke to the guy and girl manager (Katie) on duty today Thursday September 13th. I will not visit this store ever and plan to shop around with my over $400 a month I pay them.

Verizon you have some nerve. I broke my phone earlier so i walk into IRVINE spectrum verizon in june thinking that you guys can help me. employee tells me i can take my sisters upgrade and move it up 1 month. She gets me on the phone with verizon, guy tells me i have an excellent payment record and that i have been a valued customer for several years so he tells me to come in one month later on july 12 and everything will work out.
