Went in just now because my galaxy s8 touch screen wasn't working and I couldn't turn it off. Employee Anthony fixed it with a smile and even showed me how he did it so if the problem happened again I wouldn't be stuck without a phone. Great customer service
Karen was super helpful! She gave me a better data package for cheaper than what I was paying, and Found me a monthly discount because of where I work. I had my daughter with me and we didn't have to wait long at all which was very nice. Thanks Karen!

WORST company EVER. Would not even consider an Emergency call to reset service that went out because of a power outage for my 84 YEAR OLD disabled father who depends on his land line for connecting with his emergency Life Line Service. 2 heart surgeries in the past 6 weeks, he's on Oxygen 24/7 and they won't even TRY to help. I am absolutely dumbfounded that this "must follow our written procedures at all costs" company has any customers left at all.
