I was charged Dble for accessory from May 28. my bill was 107.74 for 3 items I swiped my card on that day. today I see a charge for 107.74 from may 28 2020 and then a PENDiNG charge for $107.74 placed at 351pm on June 4th.

The employees are very, very helpful. Have never had a bad experience there. I've used this Verizon for five years now.
Vincent @ the Rancho Mirage store did an awesome job helping Robert Warburton and his friend Jeff JJ Walker. His customer service skills were above and beyond. I highly recommend talking to him when your ready for your next purchase. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Great service today from David. We had several issues to resolve and he was knowledgeable and very kind and helpful. Everything was taken care of for us. My 83 year old father was treated respectfully and even given water while he waited for David to set everything up. Outstanding!
I'd just like to thank you for your EXCELLENT customer service, both in-store and on the phone. I was not looking forward to going to your store, because the last time, at a different store, I'd waited about 2 hours before being served. This time, however, I was seen right away, even though there were a lot of customers in the store.
