I attempted to switch to Verizon, had to cancel after one day due to poor coverage in my area. Verizon billed me $380, would not correct my account, despite multiple calls and going to the local store twice, and sent my account to a collection agency. If you’re thinking about switching to Verizon, don’t.
I have been waiting for a refund of $75 since April 24. This is regards to a returned HUM device. The number I was given does not allow customer support.

We had awesome customer service, provided by Shaun! He was super helpful with all of our account needs! He was very knowledgeable and explained all of the options we had. He was patient and nice. He even let us keep this cool pen he had and let me look over number combinations for my new number. Thank you Shaun!
The worst customer service I have seen in my entire life. The employees did not want to serve me and insulted me. I am talking to the company now and I will not rest unit the man who I first dealt with is fired. So if you are reading this get your resume out. And by the way I have a sonic Firewall and watch my packets to dont think you are getting in my network.
This is the simplest and fastest Verizon store I've been to so far. I went in and a consultant was waiting at the door for me and knew exactly what I wanted. Upgrading one phone and turning on another literally only took about 15 minutes and I hardly had to answer any questions. The rep, Christie, knew exactly what I wanted and what to do. This is my third visit to this store and I'm very satisfied and have no complaints what so ever.
