We just spent more than an hour to get new phones. The salesman tried multiple times to correct one of the Verizon system errors that would not process our purchase .The manager “Tom” lost our business of two new phones and accessories because he refused to honor the in store pickup price that saved us $40. They did offer to “ put it in the notes if we paid the higher price and we could work it out later”. “ Tom” was indifferent and unsupportive if both their customers (us) and his salesperson. They lost the sale and the customer over $40. Surely business isn’t that good is it “ Tom” regards. Dr. Jay

Tunnel Road manager says she explained everything but we were clearly on different pages. Since she's the store manager she says the store won't eat the restock fee for the miscommunication. She was way more interested in upselling me to an extra tablet than figuring out my phone replacement.

My phone kept dropping calls and then giving me the message, "no network available". The Verizon agent replace the SIM card and determined something was still wrong so he downloaded an app and had me call from the store to their tech support. Tech support needed information I didn't have so after calling the agent back over 3 times they finally "fixed" it. On the way home I realized my phone still didn't work so I called tech support again when I got home. Again they supposedly fixed it. I was then told how to reset my network settings in my phone should I still have a problem. The next morning I still had a problem so I did the reset which didn't work and now, 24 hours later, I'm on my way back to Verizon to get a new phone. What a waste of time.
