I am so frustrated with Verizon. Someone bought 7 iPhones charged to my account. Verizon refuses to tell me how it happened. I have called, emailed, and gone to the store. I cannot find out anything. They refuse to give me any information.
I have been to the store 4x because of lack of 4G service in my home and neighborhood. It is a high crime area. I have not had service since Friday the 13th. I have done everything possible with my phone. Phone is not the problem. Ticket has been put in for service to my neighborhood. But today I found out from another Verizon user that he also was not receiving service. This store arranged for boosting device to arrive tomorrow which they charged me for.
