I was disappointed with this location especially after I was treated by the manager on duty Kristin Panagos...Maybe if I was white? She would not accused me of trying to replace an old earpiece to a new one after my several visits to this store with same issues.

T-Mobile is FIRED for leaving me without service throughout my travels in TX. Sam at Verizon got me switched over to a plan with unlimited data and 15GB unthrottled tethering (throttled at peak after) that COSTS THE SAME and he literally did it all in less than 10 minutes. No wait on the phone, nothing.

Terrible service today from Verizon Tacoma. After for wiating for 10 -15 minutes, the salesman did not bother to checked my phone out for the problem I'm experiencing. Just told me to contact Asurion for a replacement. Since my phone isn't working I went online to Asurion, who replied that it's not their problem and to contact Verizon! I then called Verizon's customer service only to be told I can't do it online with Asurion, I have to call which would be easier with a working phone of course! Not sure what the deal is with the negative reviews.. I've only been into the store a few times, and it's always positive. Employees need to up-sell and tell you about services, that's just any company.. I've had the pleasure of working with several team members, and each was great.
So you have to be "checked in" because somehow adults can't be relied on to know why they're at the place.
