After visiting 3 different stores and several hours trying to figure out a particular situation with our account the gentlemen/ladies at the Oshkosh WI store were by for the most accommodating, uncomplicated, sweetest phone staff I've ever encountered. It was such a pleasure working with these folks that I was inclined to buy the staff pumpkin spice lattes for their hard work and patience. A special thanks to manager Joe and Allen!
