Always have had a good experience when I come into the store or call on the phone to this store. The staff that works here are very helpful. and I am very happy I finally switched from t-mobile after almost 5 years to Verizon.
Wow! The crew that worked tonight was amazing!!!! Not only did they keep the shop open for us but made sure we had everything we needed. Made sure all devises were working before we left. Keri was awesome! And I think my kids like her more than me :) wonderful experience, can't thank you enough. I dread walking into cell phone shops.
Whatever company you go with there is always some gripe about the service, coverage ,and a million other things. Cell phones are a grey area and nothing will completely satisfy someone. But what I will say is they are at least ethical here. My wife talked to Alex Young and he gave her our best options with the contract. And when I called him for an appt, he said he wouldn't be in till 1 and if need be someone else could deal with it. But I waited because it showed that he was not a pushy commission salesmen. Waited over an hour (trying to upgrade) Watched the manager walk around doing nothing the entire time. Just to be told they don't have the phone in stock and to drive to another store. Sure I want to drive another 20 minutes after already waiting over an hour.
