No customer service. Can't find anyone who knows what's going on.
Talked to Michael at the Georgetown store about issues I’m having. He was very kind and professional. We have set up appointment for next Wednesday so that I can come in and get my issues corrected. Have been a. Verizon customer for many years and he is by far the best customer service rep I have encountered. He actually made me feel my call was important.
I upgraded to an iPhone X from Joel tonight. Super awesome experience. He was helpful in my decision making process and I feel great about my choice of phones! I highly suggest this Verizon store it’s the best one I’ve visited in Louisville.

Disappointed that with how much my bill is they couldn't fix my problem!
Id like to know how Im supposed to have proof that my battery drained over 10% in a matter of seconds (which happened this morning before going to work). I was told they wouldnt honor manufactuers warranty (on a phone Ive only had since May) unless I could show it happening while at the store. Ive been a customer for a pretty long time and thats not how a long time customer should be treated IMO.
