I come in today to ask a few questions about billing, transferring service to a new plan, and about changing an address for an order and this guy who is standing next to the door was on his phone scrolling. He had a name tag on but didn’t catch his name. I had to interrupt him to ask him to be acknowledged and ask these questions. He told me to “call customer care that they can do it all. I spoke to a verizon tech. They told me to go to a store location and return my defective device because it was only a couple days old. I went to the biddeford location, not only did they refuse to exchange the device but they mailed me a refurbished. Now I'm back on the phone with Verizon today and they are saying that the store should have gave me a new device. So today I'm driving back to the store to try again. What a complete joke! Maybe I'll just switch to AT&T

Don't waste your time there. Poor selection of phones. Staff has no knowledge of job. Staff would rather talk to friends for hours while you wait to be helped. Kendra was the worst one there. She called me a *itch
They are such great people!! Thank you for what you do for customers and helping them out on certain situations.
