Really good customer service every single employee here was nice. Would recommend if you like good customer service and prompt quality service.
I would choose zero stars if it was an option. Went in for help Friday evening and left disappointed AGAIN. This was our "go to" store for many years but won't step foot inside again. We left and went to the Verizon store on Madison and Auburn Blvd. and received EXCELLENT customer service. I had been to the Madison and Auburn Blvd. before and received GREAT customer service and my second visit confirmed it. Too bad they aren't closer to where I live but I will make the trip in the future because it makes all the difference.

Went in to try to warranty a car charger I bought recently because the end that plugs j to the phone was burned up and wouldn't plug in. The girl who helped me said she couldn't warranty anything that was damaged. The unit failed and burned its self up and should have been replaced. I always have issues going in this store. I had to wait 20 minutes to talk to someone because there were 3 people ahead of me yet there were 2 guys behind the counter just sitting there looking bored. I'll never go back into this store.
i moved to citrus heights about 3 years ago so it was only right going to this location. The people that work here are only about selling new phones not all about customer service. I recommend the store at auburn blvd and madison they are so much more customer oriented .
