Very poor! Made at least 3 calls over a 5 day period with a simple question. These people never bothered to call back to respond to any of my calls. My friend’s funeral service is today and I’m no closer than I was 5 days ago to having my question answered.
They are the WORST!!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! When you call no one gets back with you. A person is going through a trying situation, and they don't care!!! They are buying up all the cemeteries because it's guaranteed business. BEWARE!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
Dan and Mel came to visit my property (The Greens at Hammonds) and they were very professional and friendly. The residents love them and even asked for them to return. I would 10/10 recommend.
Have had a contract since 1993 and still doing business Dignity Memorial today.Very pleased with the professional care thus far.
