I’ve been with Verizon for over five years, I’m an adult college student, recently my boyfriend came over to Verizon for the three year lock guarantee my plan, upon arrival of August 2025 we were told there was a promotion going on for a free subscription for six months or for a whole year. I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years with a business account, which is why this experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. In August of 2025, I purchased a Galaxy phone and returned it within 72 hours in brand-new condition. I have documentation confirming the device was properly returned and received. Unbelievable bad customer service. While trying to contact someone to fix an unauthorized charge they tried to charge me a fee to talk to a representative! Verizons high prices, should at least come with good service. Verizon doesn't care about customers.
