Poor customer support: difficulty in getting support, long wait times for problem resolution and a lack of follow-through. Hardware and software issues: unreliable hardware, persistent glitches, and slow performance. Difficult contracts: frustration with rigid and inflexible contracts, automatic renewals, and challenges in canceling services. They ignored us until after the auto renewal!!!!
DONT GET ANY DEVICES FROM VERIZON THEY DONT WORK THEY DONT RECORD ACCIDENTS AT THE END YOULL END UP WITH THOUSANDS OF $ WITH FEES PENDING LEGAL ACTION !
dont buy any devices from them cameras or tracking they dont work we have an issue since January Verizon support its a joke barely speaking english service its a joke they will charge you every month we are filling law suit against them we had 2 accidents cameras didn't record anything. They are trying to scam us for 17k dollars in fees. So be prepare that you'll end up in the same situation.
Avoid this group of crooks at all costs! They are a bunch of lying shysters! Their equipment is garbage and is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life!
