Been trying to cancel my account for 3 years now (no joke) and they refuse and keep sending me bills and contacting me! The eld was uninstalled 3 years ago and I sold the truck 2.5 years ago and they still won’t cancel my account with multiple requests. Crooks

Terrible sales, very pushy, and the customer service is incredibly bad! Not to mention the product is useless! I received 5 units, 1 never turned on, 3 never left the house, according to the GPS location despite being over 100 miles away for over a week, and 1 finally updated it's GPS location but it took 4 days to do it!!! THESE ARE JUNK!!!

I just want to give a shout out to Ed Lemmons, especially after reading the rest of the reviews for this location\service. Had similar issues as reported by other people (ie: not able to get in contact with our reps for long periods of time) and that is not the case since Ed took over out account. He stuck with a pretty complicated project for us for a long time without us much intervention from us once the guidelines were defined. Appreciate all your help man.
