I have been trying for over 10 days to receive a refund of $1,036.23, which was incorrectly charged to my Verizon account. I've been with Verizon for years. In my experience, Verizon has had the best service all carriers. My complaint, Verizon spend so much on advertising and promotions instead of lowering our monthly bill. 3,847 billion in 2023. Why not cut the ads and rebate customers.
