I rarely rate a place but please avoid this shop at all costs. Trying to get two new phones has been so time consuming. I ordered the phones and set an appointment for two weeks out to get them set up. I arrive for the appointment and they had no record of my appointment and the phones hadn’t arrived. I made a new appointment for a week later. It took them four hours to get the phones set up and transferred. When I came back to trade in the old phones it took another hour. Go to the one by Target.

1) Account was not set properly, I had no line conection for 1 day, Willits location fixed it for me. 2) TRADE IN PHONE LOST!? Only reason we went to Verizon was because there was a promotion for new customers AND THE TRADE IN phone is no where to be found? Its been almost 3 weeks back and forth, they told us TWICE to go meet up with manager Laura, we went and of course she was not there and the other guy could not help either. 3) I am always asked to call customer service, ALWAYS. Customer service is utterly nonexistent. I have been trying to get in touch with these stores for over a month. Neither location ever answers the phone, and when i arrive in person the doors are always locked, despite the website claiming to be open from 9 to 7 6 days a week and apparently on sunday from 11 to 5. I extremely regret going with verizon. How do you have 2 seperate glenwood locations and still somehow cant help your customers? I dont want to have to spend 2 hours on the phone with verizon corporate.
