No customer service skills. Always said check online? If I can do online, why did I come here?
worst customer service you can imagine. I am a relative new Verizon Business customer. I have been having issues with my router. Verizon sent me a replacement router but despite multiple phone calls nevere send me a shipping label to send the old router back. The last customer representative kept me on hold for 35 minutes (wanted to talk to his upervisor) and told me to return to the nearest Verizon store. They do not accept router equipment returns (unlike the Verizon app that states they accept equipment returns). Verizon associate (forgot her name) was very helpful in providing guidance on what to do (go to UPS Store). FYI Framingham store DOES accept router returns if you are out that way).
They were very willing to help me out, not like the ones at the main office, that all they did was harassing on every call I made. Wish them the best 👌
