They suck and will cause you to loose business when their technology fails. I strongly recommend someone else.
It has been a while almost 3 years. I haven't been to this Verizon store. I love coming here customer service. Amazing! Five stars the way for them to help you understand the situations. Five stars the waiting time. It's not that long. Also five stars if you're looking for a Verizon store to go and look for what you looking for, they'd be able to help you in every way they can. They deserve more than five stars, my opinion

worst customer service you can imagine. I am a relative new Verizon Business customer. I have been having issues with my router. Verizon sent me a replacement router but despite multiple phone calls nevere send me a shipping label to send the old router back. The last customer representative kept me on hold for 35 minutes (wanted to talk to his upervisor) and told me to return to the nearest Verizon store.
