Sorry but this is a review for Verizon Wireless support in general. I have been a customer for 9 years. I have 5 phones and 3 watches on my account. I was attempting to login and see if my device was eligible for an upgrade so I could give my phone to my father as his is having problems. Long story short I wasn't able to login. I've been a Verizon customer for 19 year. I never have I ever had an experience like the customer service experience now. Here at the Verizon corporate store on highway 92 in Woodstock they have terrible customer service, coupled with bad attitudes and snarky mouths. Long wait for everybody, new people walk through the door they take them in assist them and get them out the door all before even coming over and greeting the customers that have been sitting here for longer than 46 minutes period of time.
