We went by Verizon in Woodstock GA today, 20 minutes before their closing time, and they told us that they serve people by appointment only and that we needed to set an appointment and come back tomorrow, they were only two customers in the store. The manager was helping nobody, she was texting on her phone and ready to leave. She told us that she was the manager and she doesn’t wait on customers. Caroline and Tay!!!! I can’t say enough great things about them! Lesson learned to not sign up online and to go in store. I signed up with a business account with someone from online and they put us on the wrong plan resulting in our new phones not working. Tried for weeks to get our phones up and working and Tay and Caroline got all 7 of our phones(8 lines because 1 ph is dual sim) fixed in less than 1 hr. They were awesome! If you’re looking to switch to Verizon, use Tay or Caroline!!!
Great experience today. Dylan took excellent care of me and was friendly and super helpful. I tend to dread a trip there, but this experience made me feel differently. Thanks Dylan!
