Feels like once the employee realized I was there for service and not a purchase they said whatever they could to not help and make me call in my issue. Refused to verify a business account by account # and email verification, id. Told me it could only be verified by phone. Called customer service, held for a long time then had them tell me there was no reason they should not have been able to verify by acct # and email.
