Terrible customer service experience with Alejandro and Verizon in general. I placed an order online that had a problem with the payment (Verizon's system didn't work) and I was told by the online agent to go to a Store because they would process the payment for me. AFTER wasting hours and waiting in line, the store associate said "there is nothing they can do" - they can't cancel, they can't complete, they can't do anything ON THEIR OWN SYSTEM. Title: Terrible Experience as a New Customer I recently joined Verizon and purchased a brand-new iPhone 16 Pro Max at one of their stores.
