They don't mind taking your money, but if you really need them for help, you're out of luck. You can get better service with straight talk.
What a polite Staff. Warm and welcoming. Not one person, while I was there, was not greeted. I had a specific issue that had nothing to do with Verizon, but the Team at this location was more than courteous in helping me out. What a fine Staff. Thank you for your kindness in allowing to to charge my dead phone while I was stuck. Blessings.
Great service
Be careful what you allow them add to your account as they are not truthful or forthcoming with charges. Asked for a manager to call me back- nothing. Called customer service and they requested a manager to contact me nothing. It’s always the case when customers are expected to absorb these extra charges and the additional inconvenience
