Very disappointing experience at this Verizon store. I came in simply to ask whether I could get a free Samsung Galaxy S26 by opening a new line. The representative, Corey Sanders, told me yes, brought out the phone, sent a verification code to my phone, accessed my Verizon account, and then asked me to sign on a tablet. The biggest problem is that BEFORE asking for my signature, he never clearly told me how much the new line would cost.
