Customer service was amazing. Took their time with setting up my new phone, which wasn't easy due to my old phone was in the ocean & I hadn't back up in a while.
That was the worst experience. This woman named RAINA. Pen, tablet and paper in hand came up to my husband as I watched from afar. He tried telling his story. She didn’t respond at first. I waited for 20 minutes for them to tell me that they wouldn't try to my pixel back to my car. I just don't get it. Verizon used to have service centers. Woodhaven Rd in Philadelphia. You could drop off your phone and if it wasn't able to be repaired I'd have a remanufactured phone the next day. I've been a loyal customer for 30+ years. I'm thinking about going to Verizon for streaming, phones. Where do you go to get a package?
