When I tell y'all Greg saved my life. This whole situation has been going on since June 6th. I have never seen someone advocate for me so hard in a store. At one point I think he was more frustrated than me. If u go in the store, ask for Greg or wait until he is free. Here's him and I so u know what he looks like.
Amazing experience! Everything went really smoothly from start to finish. Abdullah was extremely helpful and great to work with. He made the whole process easy and stress free.
Customer service was amazing. Took their time with setting up my new phone, which wasn't easy due to my old phone was in the ocean & I hadn't back up in a while.
