Verizon Wireless has to have to poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. The app is unmanageable. I set up a scheduled payment and was still charged my bill after receiving an email and text confirmation that my payment was scheduled for a later date. They still took the money. There is never a live person when you call and if there is they don’t speak English well enough to understand you. They sold me a cell phone for a high price, an iPhone 15 and then I went to exchange it for a pro because it was almost the same value, I was almost 3 weeks waiting for the pro and it never arrived, I was almost 3 weeks without using that cell phone so that later they would not say that it was used and they would not exchange it, they agreed to call, they never called, I went to this headquarters 3 times, the last instance I had to return, the 15 pro never arrived, they told me that there was a 16 pro with a high value, I ha... read more

Trash. Employees are ignorant as all get out. Waited there 20 min only to be told they don't have my order that was confirmed ready and they have to cancel it.
