This store was an incompetent mess. There was one employee who had to help all the others, causing a huge backup of customers. Literally waited for over an hour to upgrade our plan

No one should go to this store again, there are plenty of others. The hours of this store appear online and I'm the Maps App as open at 9:00am on Saturday morning. Mt phone screen malfunctioned Friday evening and I went to the store before 9:00am to get a jump on the day. The store Did NOT open at 9:00am. An employee was parked in the lot and let myself and another customer that the opening person was running late.
