Several Weeks Later: Again I find out you’ve lied about more things, I’m paying $129 more a month then what you told me it would be. My phone did NOT end up being free, as you and Verizon said. UPDATE AT BOTTOM: I do NOT recommend this store, don’t trust them to transfer your phone to another, go to the Apple Store please. I was assured by this location, and Verizon that they were fully capable of transferring all of my photos , contacts, etc. for me, and that they were just as good as the Apple Store. I felt uneasy, but went with this store. When I returned home, to my absolute devastation I found 40,000 pictures missing over a period of years.
